Founder, Managing Director & COO
Praveen Kumar Nedungadi
Praveen Kumar Nedungadi is a highly prominent Indian entrepreneur, real estate veteran, and corporate leader, widely recognized as the Founder, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Incredible India Habitat Private Limited (IIHPL). Headquartered in Secunderabad, Telangana, his company has grown to become a benchmark for transparency and client-first practices in an industry often plagued by unpredictable real estate developments. Armed with an M.Com degree from Agra University, Mr Nedungadi boasts a corporate career spanning nearly three decades, including an influential developmental stint at Sahara India Pariwar. His strategic leadership has successfully scaled IIHPL from a modest 25-acre start-up into a massive real estate giant managing over 1,600 acres of premium residential land banks across the state of Telangana.
Academic Background and Early Professional Stints
Mr Nedungadi laid down his academic foundation in commerce by pursuing higher education at Agra University, graduating with a Master of Commerce (M.Com). This analytical background heavily influenced his operational mastery over budgeting, facility planning, and corporate strategy.
His career began in the mid-1980s, enabling him to gain exposure across multiple consumer-centric spaces:

Project Manager
Served as a critical Project Manager. He spearheaded real estate facility groups across North and South India, dealing with commercial property structures, drafting policies, and setting operational workflows for large-scale properties.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr Nedungadi oversees the complete horizontal life cycle of IIHPL's major Project's infrastructure. His core daily mandates focus on keeping complex land acquisitions legal, tracking progress reports, managing engineering documentation, and building a broad customer network.
